If you listen to "various podcasts", you will invariably find something to support your viewpoint, however extreme it might be.

I was hoping for something based on facts.

That’s the thing the stuff isn’t extreme it’s common sense to the man in the middle, putting someone in a high security prison when convicted on a civil charge is beyond horrendous no matter what side of the fence you sit on. Let’s put it like this if it was a Torrie government and they did it to Owen Jones, James O’Brien, or Dawn Butler for there racist / inciting comments most people centre or right would be outraged and see how wrong it was.

Mortgage fraud, assault, football hooliganism and use of a false passport is telling the truth?

If there was one person on here that I reckon is stoopid enough to have donated to his ‘legal fund’ right before he pleaded guilty it’s you.

You’re by no means the only contender but you’re definitely a front runner.

Having said that, there’s probably people on here who donated to his legal fund after he pleaded guilty.

Not what I was talking about. I asked when was he jailed for telling the truth?

    Calling me "stoopid", how ironic.

Have you watched his banned programme?

In it, he has witness corroboration, albeit from a hidden microphone, which supports everything he said about the Syrian boy but some people have their minds made up regardless. It would be interesting to see public opinion if it was ever allowed to be aired.

You also need to know the details of his so called 'mortgage fraud' in the days of 'self certified' mortgages before using it to stone him.

He admits to having been a bit of a lad and football hooligan but people need to read more.

So why did he plead guilty to two of the charges?

He wasn't a "bit of a lad", he was a violent thug.

On the face of the facts he couldn't deny the charge. I'll bet there are a few on here who embellished their earnings to get a higher mortgage. Charges were brought IIRC, after he has actually paid off the loan.
