You're right but in law nationality is one of the aspects of race than can cause someone to be subject to discrimination:

On another forum where I was a member, I was threatened by 'leftists' that they would report me if I did not desist in posting my social comment and opinion.

This was a sufficiently genuine threat, potentially to my liberty, that I wasn't prepared to take the risk so am no longer a member.

The left wingers who support this ridiculous, situation and claim to be 'liberals', should hang their heads in shame, they are no such thing.
