I thought we were pretty decent until the brainless push for their equalising free-kick. Fortunate to get away with all the points, but there you go.
If anyone else won't praise our 'dodgy' keeper, I will. A brilliant full stretch save in the first-half and a great save from the free-kick that the defence should have cleared. Also a block in a one-on-one. Saves that from Viktor would have had everyone purring.
Crowd was poor in numbers and support tonight. Maybe we don't deserve TS or a top league three club. Just a thought.

Agree with most of this thought not sure we were lucky to get all 3 points. After Lincoln's 15 minutes of dominance after the break we gathered things up and looked strong again.
Someone who had a mare was the ref. Not good for both teams and some big mistakes.

I'll come in on this one pal. We did look stronger after 20 or so and deservedly took the lead. Big mistake from Sam for their player to turn him like that. Silly, reckless and an unnecessary free kick to give away Zak (tut tut), but don't worry you won't be slated in the press, he's had his knuckles rapped for that. Great save by Phillips, I don't blame him for pushing it away, it was hit hard, low and with with venom, even Viktor wouldn't have gathered that one. Cracking first half save from their top forward also and he came out to block another chance for their forward, well done Phillips tonight.

Raggett's goal. For me one different point of opportunity to launch the ball straight back in without hesitancy and it was a good cross indeed.
Up came the MOTM and he powered it in no problem. His overall game though was of a dominant centre half and I feel that was his best game for us so far this season. More pleeeeeeease.

Lincoln came at us as expected through trailing but, somehow we were steadfast and resilient to see it out. A scrappy affair at times with no less than 7 yellows shown, which brings me onto the Ref.

Boy did he not like JCH. they clattered him, very little given, he gave it back, foul, foul, foul. Complete had it in for him. Totally surprised he never booked him. As for Odoffin firing at the net, he couldn't wait to book him. The ball got caught in the side netting and barely rolled 2 yards, easy for the keeper to pick it up but, and only slight credit, he did book two of theirs late on. Score 5/10.

Scrappy, we looked all at sea on more then enough occasions. To say they've had a fortnight off they still all don't look match fit?

It's 3 points, Evo, the team, the fans will all take that tonight. About time something fell our way for once through better effort and determination.

NB. Sam Nombe. This man really put himself about tonight and was clearly out on his feet by the final whistle. Great contribution Sam

Odoffin looked more in the game playing more forward but it's a man less in centre midfield. Only way for that it's to play 3 at the back 2 up front.

    Phillips

    Humphreys Raggett McCart

    Mcwilliams Teihi Powell Bramall

    Odoffin

    2 from Wilkes Nombe JCH

Lincoln will wonder how they didn't get at least a point but that, for me anyway, was down to Raggett mainly, and our goalkeeper also who played a decent sweeper role when they were probing on top of a couple of decent saves. I hate the way we are playing by just lumping it forward, and I can regularly see how we have a pass on to keep possession but continue to just hit it long where it usually comes straight back. A win is a win but that wasn't a win to make me think we're on our way back and even in the 7 minutes added on at the end we looked nervy and got away with the ball falling kindly on one or two occasions. Its a feeling more of relief that we won than to take any confidence whatsoever from the performance, but I live in hope that things can only get better and we can at least keep our better players fit. Hope I never see Humphreys and Bramall in millers shirt again on this seasons performances , and a few more of the old guard for that matter . Not struck on Odoffin either in midfield but he was a millions times better last night . Also think some of our fans need to cut this team some slack , sat waiting to pounce on every mistake they make. Enjoy your day pal .👍

A game low in quality and from Rotherham's perspective, ideas. Never played it out from the back once. If we're going to play hoofball, can Evans coach JCH and Haks not to go for the same header! Positives - the two CBs (apart from Zak's push), Tiehi and Nombe were industrious and Powell showed some class.

Mystified by the substitutions. JCH struggles after 60 minutes and Hugill could at least have added some energy up front. Hungbo for half an hour would have given Lincoln something different to worry about but width is anathema to SE. We had to wait till the 91st minute for our first sub - on a freezing cold night how is a player supposed to acclimatise into a game with 6 minutes remaining? MacDonald looked totally lost and nearly cost us.

Finally, were we denied a cert penalty when Nombe was pulled back in the area? From where I sat it looked nailed on!
