Man of the match for me 60% Raggett 40% Tiehi
The Millers were lucky to get the 3 pts, Lincoln City opened up our defence like a knife going through butter.
I mentioned in match report that Nombe was shoved out of the way by a Lincoln player for their goal.
JCH will be sore today with the treatment he was given by the Lincoln centre-half I expected either player or both getting sent off.
Evans managed to get his head out of the noose, with Raggett getting the winner, but for how long, the gallows will wait for now.
Hopefully a result at Blackpool, after reading they have a lot of injury problems.
Late back last night so only just had time to reflect on the match. Functional performance. Given the run we are on, i didnt expect anything else but its a step in the right direction.
- Midfield was poor. CT for me continues to disappoint. Tidy in the first half but as someone else mentioned, way too negative. Always plays the nothing ball and prevents any pressure creation. HO also really is struggling. This has to be a focus in January. Sell them both and bring in at least 3 replacement - pace and creativity required.
- Attack - JCH was miles off. He needs to regain fitness. I think he was almost there at Peterborough but another setback. Wilks also off the pace. Dont rate Nombe - headless chicken and either runs into trouble or gets knocked off the ball.
- Defence - SR and ZJ were solid. SR looks a bit shakey for the first 30 mins but grew into it and then commanded from the back. His best performance in a Rotherham shirt. ZJ also did well. Hes strong. Rafferty wasnt on it - poor distribution. James did ok, nothing special.
- Keeper - did ok, as someone mentioned, the Viking would have had plaudits for that performance. I think people are still uncertain about him.
So, lots to improve. Need to build on the defence and stick as much to a settled team as possible. If Kelly is healthy then I would drop HO but CT needs a proper kick up his arse - why he commanded such a fee is madness.
JCH Hugill look shot too me. Wilkes Nombe up front at Blackpool with Odoffin offering support. Both full backs Jules play a different formation they wouldn't start for me. Kelly can't start he's ready to be pensioned off. Wouldn't have Hungbo Mcdonald on the bench. McGuckin Hatton instead. It went for us last night we should be looking like winning games we didn't last night.
Think some of our knuckle draggers, if he went unbeaten to the end of the season would still want him gone...
Also he's been getting a hammering from a lot of MM folk when we are loosing and playing poor.
now we are playing average but won go quiet and haven't bothered to post..
Gowd help them when we start playing well and winning. May have to alert the Samaritans

Think it?s like water off a ducks back with Evans.
He may be a lot of things but stupid ain?t one of em.
He knows it is winning that will halt the abuse.
Caytonmiller, I honestly detest the man and how he goes about things.
If we're living in the present then I am happy with the win as every Miller should be. I have wanted him gone since the day he arrived. I will continuausly support The Millers, the players and the supporters in their view.
If we finish in the play-offs (and secretly I think we will) then my view on Evans will not change. I will congratulate him if we do and i will salute him if we go up but I will never like him.
I couldn't hear that where I was sitting but that's moronic, it helps nobody, especially when weren't even losing. It still wasn't a good watch on Tuesday but it was better than what's come before in recent weeks and a win is a win. That's the most important thing when hovering above the relegation zone.
I was listening to Ally McCoist on TalkSport yesterday talking about the Lopetegui situation at West Ham where the fans are chanting against him and he said once the fans turn on you it's near on impossible to get them back and I think it's similar here in that a lot of fans have turned on Evans. The large number of empty seats suggests a lot have had enough. I'd love to know what the real attendance was. There were empty seats behind, in front, and to both sides of us on Tuesday, all season ticket holders who hadn't bothered to come. I think it's going to have to take a VERY good run of results from now on for Evans to get most back on side. The calls for him to go will be as loud as ever if we lose to Blackpool.
