Just woke up and watched the highlights
It's the first time the highlights have me excited about rewatching the full match when uploaded.
We looked sharp with well worked and taken goals. Happy for Green and Powell looked to be on it with a great effort late in the game.
Well done to the players and manager.

A few saying Northampton were well below par. Most of the opposition this season have been bang average this season and It's the type of score line I thought we would have seen week in week out. Especially at NY with the strike force we have in this division

Dead crowd because it was a poor game against a managerless team. 3 goals that were pretty much gifts.
Though Harris took the second well.
Helped by yet more foolish officials. First goal, a yard offside.
Great for Green.
Many obviously want to believe a sudden upsurge. But, lets face it, all the problem abate in a game?, like the ten men, because we won’t do so easily often.
Best thing about that game, Green aside, was Powell hitting the bar…some shot yet no one has mentioned it.

The atmosphere was dire though. Not many on here seem to be bothered about that. TS needs to address it. Get the youngsters standing together. Maybe let them have a drink in the north stand, safe standing may help. Get the old guys in the family/main stand.

It won't happen. Even in our glory days at Millmoor, we were always a reserved conservative crowd.

When I was a about 7 years old I thought 30 people on the Tivoli singing was awesome, then when I travelled to away grounds such as Burnley and Barnsley- I realised our fans were church mice compared to other fans

We just have to accept it we are more into watching the game than chanting.


Talk to any players past or present and they will tell you how quiet we are. It's the Rotherham way.
