    - what level of supporting evidence are you seeking? It's probably a bit late for DNA and I can't be bothered to trawl through the recording of that dross to see if it was captured on camera. How about 'I saw it with my own eyes Guv' or are you suggesting that I'm fabricating evidence?
    - A Millers' fan commented on the incident on PorG. There's also multiple comments about it on the FB page.

That, m'lord, is the case for the prosecution!
I'm not the football club. Nor am I seeking any evidence from anyone.
Here's the deal, if there are other witnesses to the alleged incident/s have those individuals reported those incidents to the club, GlenMiller?

Discussing the events on FB, radio or on a football message board don't hold much water unless people step forward and contact the club and make a formal complaint. Some people might wish to remain anonymous though.
It would be strange if people didn't take their concerns any further.
By stepping forward you and other aggrieved parties might have to be a lot braver. Make that call to the club. You deserve some satisfaction.
I hope you are all still able to enjoy the rest of your Christmas in spite of the Boxing Day events.

    Up The Millers!!!

Until it's confirmed from the club or Jordan Hugill I don't believe he gave those " hand gestures".
The incident people are talking about may have been the cross came in and he didn't make an attempt to go for it.
If it was that cross over then he looked fractionally offside and may have decided not to go for it although he should go for and wait for the line person to put his flag.
Personally think it's a mountain out of a molehill.
If he has made the hand gesture it could well be he no longer wants to be at the club.

The match itself was very poor entertainment value.
In added on time the players not the management team needed to see that game through to halftime at 0-0.
Unprofessional to concede in added on time.

He can put as much bullshine on his interviews as he likes however that none performance isn't acceptable and it's no good saying " we go back on the training ground".
The boos from the stands are getting louder and more and more often.
Shocker of a match from us and a let down from Top to bottom.

Time to reflect Big Lad and perhaps think about moving on.
Old school tactics that don't appear to be working at present.
Awful from team selection, formation and tactically inept performance.

Hugill was off-side. The penalty turned down was a stonewall one. The officials allowed the niggling trips and pushes to go unpunished all the way through. One easy chance each, we missed ours, they didn't. A couple of excellent saves from both keepers.
I too thought we were better until just before their goal. The second half we had turned nervous and lost confidence . The substitutions were baffling, cancelled what little goal scoring chance we had.
I'm glad people have a good day away from the football, but why bother joining in a match thread if you don't care about the result?

So we?re now in a situation where fans who were at the game saw something and it?s dismissed as made up.
I can?t comment on the Hugill incident because I didn?t see it but Phillips was at it intermittently the second half with the fans he?s got history of this but hey ho it?s easy to doubt it because some supporters don?t want to hear it.
The club is in turmoil on and off the pitch.
It?s toxic and I don?t boo players or the manager but I think fans feel totally devoid of anything positive and booing is the only outlet.
How far backwards we have gone since Warne left is staggering.
On a side note I doubt some posters integrity on here.
RUFC on and off the pitch including social media etc is just a mess.

I know they are professional footballers but they are still human beings. If people are shouting abuse at them eventually some may snap and shout back. To those shouting abuse ,try doing it in the street and see what happens.

I posted before Glenmiller about the hand gesture, quite a lot of fans on my row stood up & started shouting " You are not fit to wear the shirt ", to Hugill, some saying a club captain doing this, like I said in my post Hugill seemed to make the gesture, fans around me, including my son said he made the gesture.
To confirm Hugill did a gesture will have needed to be on camera, with out this evidence, its no-mans land.

I must say the north stand shocked me yesterday. I haven't seen vitorol like that directed at a single player since Stewart Evans or Des Hazel.

From the crowd point of view. Hughill was gonna get it purely because he's already seen as a very expensive mistake. I also believe what was directed at him was also really just an accumulation of the ongoing frustration not only on the pitch but the lack of action from this board and chairman who are now ruining everything they tried to build.

Cross came in, which was crap and 6yards in front of on rushing Hughill surrounded by defenders and he threw his arm up in frustration, stopped and proceeded to walk back onside in frustration. Unfortunately for us and him the ball then came in straight at him. Had he interfered he'd have been offside. My lad seems to think the crowd went nuts cos of that, but I think they continued there shouts of derision and song of 'your not fit to wear the shirt' when Hughill jogging back to get onside when the ball had gone and the crowd going nuts made an upwards hand gesture with his left hand from dangling down by his side to his midriff. Now I couldn't properly see his hand (and I don't believe JH did what is alleged), I believe he just swung his arm up as if to say what am I supposed to do I was offside like as in a shrug. I hope his family weren't watching that because if there are many dark clouds over RUFC atm this was the darkest. TS and that inept board need to take that as the last straw. Evans and Raynor cannot continue at this football club. And yes it's sticking plaster to other problems but changes have to start somewhere.

To the game. No matter what anyone says Wigan were better from start to finish other than the odd forray we had, we were never really in control - they were. They were quicker to every loose ball, won countless 50/50s and I lost count how many times we won the ball on the edge of our own area and preceded to give the ball immediately back to Wigan to continue their attack.

We are without leaders at the back, with a midfield capable of controlling tempo and poession and a forward line that is to reactionary and never proactive in its movement. Nombe was a joke of signing I'm convinced back handers were involved.

Its not a good group of player's singularly or collectively, we've recruited and bought badly AGAIN. When will Rob Scott start getting it im the neck for this?

Not only have we got a bad group of players but we've got a regressive manager leading them and his Warnock style berating is falling on deaf ears, the players have no respect for him neither are on board with his ideloogy and that all leads to one thing.

Every time we lose I think thank god it's another lose closer to a different manager. This is not right.

I wandered around the club shop, for a bit of a spend. I bought nothing..
Why? Because I'm disconnected and that clothing to me represents poison at Rotherham United, but it's not just at the manager, it's at the Club - and I haven't felt that way since the early 90s with Boothy.

Monumental changes are needed at RUFC before we come a perennial aka Bradford City L2 club

Agree totally with this post. If Tony Stewart doesn?t quickly sell up I,like many others, will not be renewing my season ticket.

Sitting in the West Stand I didn't see what Hugill did or did not do,so I cannot comment on that.Everything else you are spot on.When will we get a statement from this inept board? There were a lot of absent season ticket holders who voted with their feet, but the ones who turned up are sick of seeing this club stagnate through having no plan whatsoever and showed their disapproval at the end.
