What? You mean opinions and evidence have changed over the course of the last half century? Who’d a thought? Unprecedented!

Ramshank is right though, imo. Personal convenience appears to trump long term logic every time. For me there’s more than ample evidence of climate change due to global warming, but until our leaders set a grown up example and we all stop having to worry about the prospect of WWIII then little is likely to change.

    says you.

Human CO2 production pales in comparison with nature. 1 volcano can outstrip anything we produce.
No one denies the climate changes, yet to say the human race has tipped us into doom territory is unproven and over stated,

The point was, 50 years ago, the scientists were raging the northern hemisphere, is plummetting into another ice age of mile thick ice covering it. They were wrong.
Thats the crux of it. The current mania has money making schemes written all over it.
Clean up the planet, of course. But the current insanity is off the charts.

If the world really wants to lower CO2, then stop chopping down trees across the world, without adequate re planting schemes.
    Trees love CO2.

No the vast majority of the world's scientists agree and the temperature data showing increases for the earth year on year demonstrates this irrevocably. But close your eyes and believe the BS, without I guess wondering who is behind the anti climate change agenda?

I'd not argue that some of the approaches are out of kilter, but then you know some scientists said tobacco caused cancer way back in the '50's and vested interests ensured that wasn't acknowledge for decades.
