Actually the fact he got Huddersfield to the finals, spent time under Bielsa and got us to the finals and was wanted by Valencia in the Spanish premier league is way above anything Hake has done. Weve lost a great manager. Im not confident we are going to have an upturn after Corberan. Hope Im wrong but looking at the candidates hope is all I have.

Hake was assistant manager at Man Utd one of the biggest clubs in the world. Assistant manager at Leeds does not have the same kudos. Well if getting Huddersfield to a final is an achievement then the Luton manager for achieving promotion to the premier league should be knighted! Likewise Sunderland who were just promoted from league 1 and Mowbray got them to the play offs but not just that - destroyed most teams ( including us ) with attacking and exciting football and accumulated some fantastic youngsters in the side. I would go with Mowbray like a shot as our manager but understand any health issues.

Mike Phelan was assistant manager at Manchester United too for a while Al'. Imagine if we appointed Mike Phelan. Your face would be the spitting image of Mount Vesuvius 😃 😀 😄.

We could afford one leg Lloyd! Sickening to think the pay for our manager won?t be much more than what?s paid to Wallace and Dike!

Shame Heitinga is not coming, best of the three for me, I would prefer Wicky over Hake simply because Wicky likes to play on the front foot, Hake along with Ten Haag was a disaster at Man Utd

Hake looks best of the bunch in my opinion. Managed several clubs in Holland which is a bigger, harder league than the Swiss. Seemed to do quite well.

He?s certainly not been the reason for the demise at United. That?s been going on for years. He?s in the same camp as Ashworth!

Talking of Ashworth - love someone like him again to oversee recruitment so we don?t get any more Cole?s, Dobbin?s or Racic?s. For me Board Director of Recruitment is a crucial role. More Asante?s at 300K etc and the Brentford model
