How do people with no relevant experience get these jobs?

As they proudly and profusely with pride announce : We only employ Lesbians in the main and gays are favoubly also, no experience needed so long as you are woke and meet the above criteria.

I am not underestimating the genuine suffering that this has caused to many innocent people, and I like going to LA as much as anyone, but every cloud has a silver lining, some awful people have also lost their houses.

Take James Woods, who apparently has the biggest dick in Hollywood, it didn't help him put the fire out though. Then there is celebrity antisemite Mel Gibson, who detests the English, God help anyone who is an English Jew, but no amount of blue face paint and baring his arse at it stopped his fire either, although, unlike Woods, he was actually insured.
