Time to bring in a magician.
    It's a kind of magic!

We never tried to win the game, when we equalised we should have had the momentum but the fact is we never worked their keeper again, with 10 minutes to go I said to my Grandkids why are we not trying to win this game ? and then when we go behind we bring Lewis on after 91 minutes , very poor again although I thought there was plenty of effort there was very little method , Conner has only had the gig since wednesday and is effectively on trial for another 9 games , lets hope he can get some improvement because lets be fair they cannot get much worse .

In the many decades I’ve followed the red I’ve seen my fair share of bad teams but I’m struggling to think of a set of players with less drive and commitment, even if you don’t like the manager, owners or club you should still give it your all, your self pride should be motivation enough, any potential scouts out there ain’t going to put a tick at the side of anybody who hasn’t any interest.
I’d like to know what’s with all the injuries we’re getting? Is our training methods at fault?
A bigger worry on a personal level is that over all the years supporting the reds it would hurt like hell when we lost and ruin my weekend and if there was any workmates who supported any South/West Yorkshire clubs, it would ruin my Mondays as well, but now Ive developed the player disease when we lose, I just shrug my shoulders and move on.
I want that hurt in my gut back, but I think I’ve a long wait.

Awful game. Only 2 moments we actually looked like a football team was when Humphrys missed the sitter early on and then our goal.

Squad isn?t good enough and the injuries just keep mounting up and up. Hourihane will do well to even win 3 of the remaining 9.

We just love to end a team?s barren run huh?

Squad needs a huge overhaul in the summer and we need to be approaching coaches now like Duff and Warne.

Thought Benson probably just shades ?least worst player? but also a shoutout to the young keeper Flavell. He certainly likes to play sweeper keeper.

Sormaz has recently said the club needs to get back to its identity.
That in itself is a highly significant and important statement.

We don?t employ managers anymore we employ HCs.
This is so managers can?t bring in their own players.
And the club wants the HC to play a certain style.
All of this is basically to maintain CONTINUITY within the club.
This allows HCs to come and go but the players remain the same and the playing style remains more or less the same.

However, the club will know that they have made massive mistakes by bringing in 2 HCs in Collins and Clarke that have decimated that identity.

The playing style of the club could be seen in its purest form when Ismael was here.
We have no identity now - watching the team when Ismael was here and what we are witnessing now is chalk and cheese.
    There is no comparison.
The current players just run around like headless chickens.
    No pattern - No organisation.

It?s going to take a very strong HC to get the club back on track.

Don?t blame Hourihane for today?s performance.
That performance was made over the last two seasons.

Unless there are circumstances that we are unaware of - I cannot visualise Sormaz being here this summer.

This is probably why Sormaz is an utter failure , he's a data analyst and not a DOF .

As we've said before Shad , the ownership hired him and so they are responsible for this clown .
