My worry is more who supplies them, if JJ was fully fit and Jarvis as Saturday started to look a major threat I?d be a less concerned.

Whether Jnr comes back figthing fit remains to be seen (I hope he does for everyones sake) Jatta coming back will be a plus but I am not expecting much from Traore yet! He is either playing in a position that he can't manage (in this league), he isn't match fit? or he just can't manage (yet). Benefit of the doubt in that he isn't sure yet exactly what/where to play.

What's he like at wing back?

Maybe no other coaches would work with S M because he is really rubbish. Saunders stated he did all the tactical work and S M took the praises if they come off and Saunders very really got any praise. Maybe the new coaches did want to do all the work and carry S M. But S.M. would still want all the praise.

Without wishing to sound like an old fart, agree with this 100%.

I don't really believe that. I think SM will be pretty strong on the tactical side. When he said a long time ago that he would back himself tactically against any opposite coach, I tend to believe him. He's not one to usually boast. Those that boast routinely are the ones to disbelieve.

Apart from bad luck, if SM fails at Notts, it'll because of selection, leadership, and motivation issues not general tactical shortcomings

I think he is tactically inept. Going by the the number of games where he has been reactive, as opposed to Being Proactive.. His substitutions
against Crewe where we needed a lift up top, but he brought Edwards on instead, which ended all hopes of us winning that game..

SM always talks about the "management team". He did when the naughty boys were here and still does now.

Saunders is so good nobody has snapped him up I mean listening to him you?d think he coached Real Madrid and the Brazil 1970 side !

You might think Maynard is no good that is your opinion but as he was the head coach he takes all the flak if it goes wrong too and not the assistant or coaches.

As I?ve said many times you are as good as your players it?s possible to coach someone to be better but you aren?t turning Carlton Cole into Pele with a few training drills 😂

Have to agree regarding his tactics.
