    PSG & Man City - Both upstart, disruptor clubs, owned by Arab Wealth funds get HUGE fines.
    Barca & Man U - Legacy cartel clubs owned by Americans or Europeans get small fines.

    And no one was banned.
    Back in 2014 Red Star Belgrade was banned by UEFA for FFP breach.
    And now I read that Chelsea in talks with UEFA for ?settlement?!
    Different set of rules for them. If they finish 5th and whoever finishes 6th should get lawyers on board

    The UEFA cowards won't ban any of the 'Big brands' because they'll threaten to get more aggressive about the Break away Super League.
