    Think you are correct Shark. It would obviously be a difficult decision for Hamshaw but i fully expect to him to again team up with Warne at Huddersfield (or wherever) next season. Managing Rotherham United under the current set-up would be a poisoned chalice for Hamshaw.

    But if he has ambitions to become a manager this is the ideal opportunity. If he becomes a manager, rather than continue as a coach, he is in charge of his own destiny.

    Surely that's a better option?
