LUFC IS NOT AND NEVER HAS BEEN OWNED BY "THE 49-ERs", but by a group of investors made up of wealthy golfers, some NFL players and others with little or no prior experience of football as played in the various Englush leagues.

The 49-ers NFL franchise success irrelevant to future LUFC success as they are both financially and operationally separate entities.
