Before you go mouthing off about McInnes have a look at where The Anchor Man is sitting in this dreadful league. McInnes was a poor manager and faded as the pressure grew upon him.
I didn?t choose the following managers so take it up with the people who did.

Derek McInnes are you missing him

Just agree that Jimmy Turnip is another poor choice and will be worth the sacking (which will eventually come).

I think it?s time for another one of your list of managers you think would be good enough to be Aberdeen fc manager.

The last one consisted of managers who would have no interest in being our manager and Duncan Ferguson.

How has Duncan Ferguson got on since you said he would be a good manager for us?

Duncan Ferguson could get a game for us never mind being our manager and he would be more threat than what we currently have

I might need to come up with another name once we sack Jimmy Turnip.

You never answered if you were missing Derek McInnes?

On a personal note it was good seeing Willie Miller constantly agreeing with my thoughts of how the game was going today. He is another who won?t shy away from seeing failings throughout the team.

It was time to move on from Derek McInnes when we did but you were going on about getting rid of him 5 years before we did and insisted we could easily replace him with a better manager.

The Celtic fans in my work and the ones I see comment on social media think Brendan Rodgers is a brilliant manager, personally I think if he was our manager he wouldnt be doing any better than Thelin is for us and the St Johnstone manager would be running away with the league if he was in charge of Celtic.

Willie Miller is a legend but you and him need to get over the fact we are never going to be as good as we were under Alex Ferguson in the 1980s

Itching for a defeat?.what a load of nonsense. It?s the complete opposite as I want a team of winners.
With the amount of money we have spent of players etc this season are we seeing an improvement. We are still a terrible football team.
The league standard is getting worse as the seasons go by so we should be aiming to be doing far better than what we currently threaten to do (which isn?t much at all).

I will say it again and hopefully it registers with those who don?t or refuse to see it?
Aberdeen FC are LAZY. A very poorly trained and coached team. Nobody is pulling their weight at the club (playing and coaching wise).

We will go out our way to make sure Celtic win yet another domestic trophy rather than work extremely hard to make sure we beat them. Nobody at Aberdeen FC has the battle in them. A club full of wage thieves.

Brendan Rodgers would have us far better prepared than Derek McInnes, Jim Goodwin, Jimmy Thelin etc. I am not going to slate a manager who constantly wins trophies even though he has the biggest budget because he generally beats the opposition easily enough here.

Is he under enough pressure from his opposition teams?.absolutely not. You could argue he is getting his hands too easily on trophies here but he is getting the trophies and his position at his club is very safe.

I agree Willie Miller and Alex Ferguson etc are legends but we must learn from how these guys conducted themselves as players and obviously Ferguson as a manager. I would suggest they both worked extremely hard on their game because their haul of trophies etc speaks volumes. Not pushing yourself hard enough at football is going to do yourself no favours. Players and managers who excel in the game all work very hard.
Aberdeen FC are LAZY. The football we all watch points to that.

?I am not going to slate a manager who constantly wins trophies even though he has the biggest budget because he generally beats the opposition easily enough here.? - is that logical!? A manager with the biggest budget, all else being equal, is surely expected to beat the opposition!

You are digging yourself into a deeper hole again with that post.

Do you think Brendan Rodgers would win the SPFL with any other team than Celtic?

He is a cheque book manager at best, any manager in the league could runaway with the title if they were in charge of Celtic.

I never like to criticise Willie Miller after what he done for us as a player but the standards he has as a radio pundit (pre and post ) are a lot higher than they were as a director of football .

Director of football was only the job title. He was hired to block criticism of Milne, which worked out quite well

Whatever the job title was that Willie Miller had at the time he certainly let his standards drop.

Definitely the best player we have ever had but not particularly good at anything else he has done since.
