i'm so angry i could throw the phone down !! ( i hope that is angry enough SP!)
I suppose this is the correct answer, maybe the brothers are looking to replace SM,hence why they have not added to the coaching staff as yet, researching the best possible replacements. Also it could be that SM is staying and the Brothers are researching the most appropriate candidate to assist SM next season - or Both situations and they will implement the one that is the best fit for us when the outcome of the play offs is decided. !?

I know and lot of people don't value stats in football, but when the stats and performances are consistently as bad as this, im not sure what else there is to say.
Yes, yesterday's performance was a little better and we didn't deserve to lose, but if it wasn't for the countless inept performances, especially at home, over the last few months, we wouldn't even be in the play offs in the first place. I really hope, if we are to lose next weekend, the next post after the full time announcement is SM's departure.
We will be genuine relegation candidates next season if he's still in charge come August.
We’re in the top 4 for most attacking stats and top 2 defensively. However, if you look at our recent form, we’re sitting around 20th, with no sign of improvement. In effect, the club is run by statisticians who, for better or worse, will focus more on analysis, trends, and data than on the frustrations voiced in supporter forums. Despite the hard work, the favourable midseason streak, and solid summer moves to shore up the back line, this season will still be viewed as an underperformance. Yes, the players may feel jaded and slightly disheartened, especially under a manager who comes across as a laid-back, easygoing teacher coasting through terms, but ultimately, he is the one accountable for how we’re performing across the league. People will say that they won't sack, but they did with Ardley once they had a better alternative, and my guess is that will be the case after next week's 2-1 loss at Wimbledon.
This "let's get behind the team and manager" has to be the most utterly boring and annoying phrase used on here. I'm sure we'll all be behind the team and manager on Saturday FFS. We all want to win and get promoted, but some of us see Maynard as the big problem. That doesn't mean we want him to fail, just that we don't see him as the future. So to 'get behind' him do I have to lie? Do I have to say that we are going up? Do I have to say that Stuart Maynard is great? Will that make me a really good supporter like you?
Only a complete f@ckwit would see it like that.
