Stranger things have happened, but not for us. That's our season over then.

A crushing blow, if we hadn't been crushed already

In Traore, Grant, Whitaker and Morias we trust!

Might there be a case for bringing Jones and/or Jarvis inside as just about our last creative forces?

Yes, I know that's an ironic statement but it shows exactly where our problem has been this year, apart from having a 5/10 manager. People have not criticised our owners yet (they will, it's a slow burn) but it shows a deep lack of imagination to buy another African striker from Scandinavia for a promotion push because the last time it half-worked. A club serious about promotion would have gone out and bought an experienced striker from the lower divisions, like the clubs that beat us every week did.

I appreciate the tongue in cheek, but you just never know what might happen when you're forced to roll the dice!

I think a front two of Traore and Morias just might have a spark. Traore has a touch of quality on the ball and Morias will work his balls off as long as he's fit enough. Whitaker has an eye for goal but I fear would be too lightweight against this opponent. Grant will almost certainly play and has been showing a little bit more of late, but we'll need a lot more on Saturday if we're going to turn things around.

All I want is for us to give it a damn good go and not be conservative.
There is one big thing in our favour.
Wimbledon will be overwhelming favourites - and that can sometimes be dangerous.

Yeah, I just want to see us absolutely go for it. Go at them from minute one and don't stop.

If the football gods are fair, Wimbledon's fist pumps and their owner talking about how he's looking forward to playing Walsall in the final should work against them. It should certainly motivate our players. If aren't up for this one, what's the point?

God I hope the players don?t look at this site?. It?s completely defeatist.
It wasn?t long ago that some were asking why Didzy was still playing, now look.
Didzy is a class act and like any player of his quality, he will be missed. Jatta, had a good first half of season, less effective the second half. I?d say he?s lucky that he hasn?t been rested more.
Both these players have been central to the way we play? however, with both missing, the players that come in will probably force a tactical switch. One thing I?d expect is more ?legs? and ability to run Wimbledon around.
Wimbledon aren?t Barcelona and I didn?t see a great deal from them that worries me if we have a good go?. Notts will need to get through the initial home team onslaught? keeping it tight and not chasing the game too early. It?s obvious, us scoring first is paramount?.
I have faith that the players have a big push in them?

You never know. Maybe these players will surprise them with their fluidity and play inspired.
We know it's more likely that they'll be overwhelmed and overpowered, but let's see
