Seen something on Sky Sports News this morning that Marko Lazetic is currently waiting on his UK visa process being completed and will fly to Aberdeen this week to complete his free transfer to the Dons.
Nae really sure what to make of this in-coming to be honest but surely to fk he just canna be as bad a signing as Yengi. it's nae possible for our recruitment team to be that bad twice is it

This one seems to have a fair bit of traction and a number of places reporting on it. By all accounts he might well be here by the weekend.

Looks like another project player who we will try to develop and sell on for a huge profit.

Ive got no issue with the club buying young players from abroad and trying to sell them on for millions but the squad is almost on the verge of just consisting of these project players.

We could be doing with a few more experienced pros in the squad who arent the wrong side of 30.

Completely agree! We need a few 28/29/30 year olds that have experience at a "high" level to bring on all these project players.

The club have to accept that some players are required for the here and now and won't get us any type of profit moving forward due to their age. Maybe they've got a few of those types of players lined up and they'll be the final pieces of the jigsaw before the window slams shut.

Cannot say I am overly eager to see this transfer happen. We should really stay away from the dross in the lower league English market. Our signing record from there is certainly not the best.
