MH, or any manager will need 3 summer transfer windows to sort it the **** show of how not to build a squad has taken place the last 6 or 7 years. Panic and Promotion, we learned no lesson despite TS saying we had.

I want MH, Woody and Wazza to do the business. To get Rotherham United an identity back, get the connect back with the fans, we all do - don't we?

What fills me with absolutely no optimism is those who oversee the management of a conveyor belt squad and selling the odd one here and there for mega bucks to keep us long term competitive. It's this reason I have a major problem with Rotherham United.

I've never walked into an away game with such disconnect, such utter resignation before KO at how embarrassing we'd be. That is the culmination of awful recruitment and people need sacking for their measurable incompetence, but the club does nothing

The car crash as you say will be what exactly?

Is he really out of his depth? What are the clubs ambitions this season? Do you know? I don?t remember any mention of promotion in fact the only thing said really is that we are in transition.

The crap put together last season is the problem, it was last season and will be until they have gone.

    - Hall and Martha - really, Ive seen nothing to support that as yet. I dont doubt these two may have a future but they are not ready for the rough and tumble of this league as yet. So, by all means invest in them but give them a chance. Don't throw them in the deepend with a concrete block. This is typical of TS, he wants instant success on the cheap. We have to survive in division one and that will be under threat with this squad as you will see in the coming weeks.

    - Car crash - isnt it obvious? Relegation, loss of crowds and therefore revenue. We cannot afford to drop to division 2.

    - Out of his depth - that has nothing to do with the clubs ambitions. He is now a professional manager in division 2. I havent mentioned promotion once. And what exactly does transition mean? Are we to accept any old dross? MH is accountable. He promised fight and effort but not results. I am yet to see any signs of those promises or even glimmers. We were embarrasing on Saturday and also at Stevenage. We werent beaten by the likes of Birmingham like last season - we were mullered.

    - You can't keep blaming last season. Its gone. MH does not get a free pass

The Brexit years have been some of the best times in the last 60 or so for the millers.
    Hardly been a disaster.

Too many questions there for mr to respond to. I think that you are wrong on many of you thoughts and I know that you are completely wrong about MH.

I don?t think that you will give him a chance and are waiting for him to fail.

You clearly know nothing about how bad the club is run neither about how to turn it round.

I can not for one minute think that you will change your mind on MH. It is a shame because he is worth supporting.

MH wasn’t my first choice. It was always going to be tough this season with what had gone off last season. It’s going to take at least 3 transfer windows to get rid of the crap and build a decent team. MH has and will make mistakes shock horror he’s human who would have thought it. He’s not out of his depth he’s not weak. It’s ridiculous to be even contemplating getting rid of him. I agree that some supporters can’t wait for him to fail to say I told you so. Some of the comments on here and wider social media are just immature and ignorant to what MH has to deal with

Trying to be constructive we are weak at centre back & wide left so got to be a back 4 hoping one of the younger defenders Duncan or Douglas feature soon. Spence as well in place of Kelly in midfield. Kaleta needs to start could see him wide left looks naturally two footed. Play wide players narrow to get 2 up front but if we want to stay in a game just play one up front.
