    just as 3 successive victories by the Tories must say something about the majority view of the British. You cannot say Khan's reappointment means he must have done a good job without admitting theat the Tort 3 consecutive wins must mean they did a good job

    Obviously it did say something about the majority view of the British. It would be pointless to deny that.
    I disagreed with that view but so what?
    I have no idea whether Khan is doing a good job or not, but self evidently the majority, albeit a decreasing majority, of Londoners
    think he’s been worth both electing and then twice re-electing.
