I mean its a fairly simple and logical approach though Bomber.

Choose a way of playing > bring in a manager that wants to play that system > buy players that suit that system

If you keep changing the manager who wants to play a different way, you have to keep replacing the players.

Put it this way, Brighton have this simple approach, West Ham dont. Liverpool do it, United dont. It goes without saying who is doing better.

Nestor wasnt here when Corberan was appointed (who was a cracking manager btw) but i think they would agree Mowbray was a disaster.
