Glad Woltemade scored and I know he plays differently to your usual striker but I want to see more of him as a target in the box. Look forward to Wissa playing alongside him.

Absolutely. I can see him winning and holding the ball, backing into defenders, and feeding it to Wissa. That could work very well I reckon.

    Every ****ing time with Welbeck.

We really need to push on and start winning again before gaps between European slots open up.

Ironically, statistically we were the better side for most of. . . apart from the one stat that matters most - goals scored.

Poor defending for both goals sadly after we have been pretty solid lately, another brilliant goal from Nick Nick though he is looking a fantastic signing.

Who drops out though? For me it would be Elanga but he plays on the right, not impressed with him at all so far.

I think Elanga is having trouble adjusting...but he's a good player and will be fine, imo.

However, I think, with how we're struggling for form. Murphy starting might be the way to go.

What I've noticed a few times, is when Elanga gets the ball he doesn't run forward like he did last season at Forrest.

Which says that Howe must have told him to protect the ball and wait for others but in doing so it means opposition can reform their shape.

Totally agree but even when he does beat the defender and tears up the wing nine times out of ten he loses the ball, sorry I'd much rather have Murphy starting.

It will click soon. Woltemade's goal was unreal, he can score a thousand goals this season with the right help from the flanks. Elanga might need a break, and we are a bit trouble by injury. But we will not be losing a lot of matches this season, I don't think.
