'Rubbing their noses in diversity' doesn't even begin to describe it, colour-blind casting in the cinema is obligatory now and then there's the proliferation/over-representation of women on TV in presenting and acting roles, is there a senior police officer on TV who is not female ? You'll struggle to find one.

Sadly, I have come to realise you are a well educated Gammon mon ami. Women and non-white people are not in a minority in this country.
