    Rutter

    Fan reaction? Boo or clap?

I've no ill will toward him. Think it was a business decision on the club to sell him. Allowed us to stay within PSR

I've kind of felt the same way on Smith years ago (not PSR...just survival) but he sure got a lot of stick over the years.

He wasn?t agitating for a move publicly and had never as far as I am aware said anything other than positive things about the club and his time there so shouldn?t get boo?ed.

However, if he gets a hat trick 🙈

The decision to go was his as the idiotic Orta put in a pretty feeble fee clause and Brighton triggered it with their offer. He ripped us a new arsehole today by all accounts.

Personally I would not have booed or clapped.

Think he looked slightly embarrassed when he gave the assist to Brightons third.

He didn't agitate for a move, he's never had a bad word for Leeds and let's be honest, if any of us were headhunted for a new and improved position, would any of us turn it down? Very different than the Phillips debacle where he should have known he would be a bench-warmer behind a half-dozen preferred candidates.

If we had sacked Farke when we should have, perhaps we’d have been able to keep Rutter, as we’d have been promoted that season

Sacking Farke would have required 49-ers Enterprises to kniw the first thing about English football and having both spine and a pair.

They have none of the above and their foolish and foolhardy exploits in the Scottish premiership just add to the dross.

Nothing but positivity for Rutter from me. Our sterile midfield couldn?t catch his cold they are so inept at this level.

We have some decent players just how we set up and the pattern they are told to play to. Love Rutter and great to see how he is turning into a top top player.
