    Read the D4L email

Dosent read like the D4L leadership are up for a fight.

I hope some of their membership take it to them then.

'Requesting a meeting with the club'.

We all know it won't happen but they're still requesting it. They need to be demanding a meeting with the club, if that meeting means it becomes a meeting between their solicitors, appropriately briefed, and Dundee FC solicitors then so be it.

I don't think any fan action will have any effect on our owners. Their interest is in delivering planning consent for the stadium project.
What is the point of rallying our support?
    A Get rid of FPS
    B Get John Nelms
    C Get rid of Elvis
None of these options seem likely to happen, no matter how cross we become.
I think building bridges within our support is what we should be doing.
To do that successfully, I think, we need to focus on supporting the players. Try to put an arm round them, rather than giving them a kicking.

It's not about getting rid of anyone, or at least it isn't for me, it's about getting the legal rights that Dee4Life have to sit on the board and to have a say which in turn might improve relations between John Nelms and the fans in general, right now trust in him (not FPS) is eroding fast.

Too many broken promises, poor decisions and missed dates - he needs his feet held to the fire (LOL)

It's amazing how D4L are portrayed as the bad guys......that committee aboot as bad ass as a John Inman led posse.

D4l who demand zip against nelms who denies everything D4L are entitled to.

D4l committee coup and Nelms gone is meh dream, won't happen but I do hope members kick up a fuss in a few weeks.

Not even a member now after they u turned.

There are people though I wud follow if they were back involved.

If the current incumbents won't fight for what they are entitled to I'd ask what is the point of them leading.

Surely all the more reason to get involved?I think I knew one of the committee members(no sure if still involved) decent bloke but no sure how hard he would push Nelms. There are a fee well know dees with previous I would love to see involved again.
Change from within better than hoping for the best is it not.

You need folk with a bit of gumption, bit of charisma, a lot of determination, some diplomacy and a steely like focus to get the recognition the 2nd biggest shareholder is entitled to.

These people are thin on the ground but that's what's required.

Folk like me drive moderates away and i ain't clever or patient enuf.......but I know one when I see one......the above is what's required.

I think D4L has weakened itself with their appeasement policies over the last 3 years which has got them as far as I can see.....nowhere......and DSA hasn't helped them either.....the opposite if anything.

Thankfully after this AGM we will ( or I will anyway ) know whether there's any appetite for D4L to change tact or continue to appease.......I'm no sure which way the membership would want to go......it was pretty adamant 3 years ago but the committee chose a different path.

I just know this clubs support is at an absolute crossroads....thousands disappearing as we wait on the never ending saga of Campy.

Won't be aboot but will no doubt hear what's been said or not said.
