The overwhelming increase in plant growth isnt heat it is the gas of life. The more CO2 we have the better the yield.
In your argument means that heat has created more sustainable land and that means that there will be land nearer the equator being too hot to grow things in.
As the equator is the largest circumference then the colder areas which you say have warmed is a smaller surface area.
You have looked at the last 20 years or so. The earth is over a billion years old.
If lightening has increased then it means that the production of hail has increased. Without the friction it creates then it cant form.
The earth is constantly going through climate change and fluctuations in CO2 as well as other things!
The earth is quite capable of regulating itself!
