One decent Plymouth performance doesn?t make him a manager.
Some good effort from a number of players but no real threat for more than 10 mins here and there.
I suspect that win last Satdi will keep him in a job until it?s confirmed were goin down.

Where do you start, well another clean sheet and another point
Keeper has kept two clean sheets on the trot, why did it take the fans to make MH make the change?
MH must have a bromance or something with Martha, the lad shouldn’t be a starter in a team fighting relegation.
Two more injuries, our players cannot stretch for a ball without getting injured, what does our fitness coach do, they are made of paper.
Why does MH persist with the long ball down the middle to a striker that wants the ball to feet, or for him to run onto, that is simply stupid tactics. We have scored 2 goals in 4 games, 1 a penalty and 1 a deflection, and people think we will come good and stay up, I can see us being caught by Port Vale if this PPG ratio continues.
Go 15 mins in the second half we looked good, and that sums up a MH team, he fails to get them up for big games and can’t get 90 minutes out of his players except for the odd game, he is not good enough and I am amazed people think he is, what statistics are they looking at that supports that view.
We all thought the window looked good, yet with 12 players injured three of the six he brought in can’t get a game??? He waits until the 86th minute at home to make an attacking change in a game we have to try and win, then shouts at the players for not getting on quickly enough, his management is shockingly bad. Where are the wins coming from guys, the team has no goals in it?
He will take us down but I expect his fans will still find excuses for him, interesting to see what they will think when he has us sat in the bottom half of L2.

I thought it was quite an entertaining game for a goalies draw. They were the better team because they held the ball better. Good job their striking hasn't improved since 1985.
Good goalkeeping at either end, and a few goalmouth scrambles. Yesterday's result would have been fine but for the Burton and Donny outcomes. I fear those two games will be regretted at the end of the season.
I can see why both penalty shouts were turned down. It's just the way this term is going.
Hamshaw his arrogance keeping with the same that's not working will cost us. Gray & Martha aren't wide players. He won't get Ayres back if he could cause of that. If your playing a front 3 play J Holmes on the right. Watmore he's got to be managed not playing 2 games in a week, can't play a full game.
Started brightly, but their tactics closed us down pretty quickly. They swarmed our better players giving us no room to work, and they moved the ball a lot more effectively. Far too many stray passes from us. Plenty of effort, absolutely no fault there. Gray being talked about as a future £50m player whilst Gore carries a £1m value confirms why Premier League football is of little interest to me.
Gore MOTM. Cann, again, secures his place for the next game. Nombe and (especially) Watmore were choked out of the game and look ready for a rest. Martha, James and Baptiste put shifts in, Rafferty too but making some rookie mistakes. Fresh concerns with Yearwood and Jules now.
Tactically, barely a D-grade. They were using the old Jack Charlton tactics and were wide open to a bit of quick, one touch football, but it never came. Changes are either driven by injuries or the clock, never by an obvious issue to resolve. Not a bad game, and not a terrible team against us, but one which could have been changed quite a bit by some nous from the dugout.
Saturday is likely one we'd have written off, so I'd give some fresher players the starts and let Nombe, Watmore, possibly a couple of others fill the bench and only come on if we're in with a chance at points. Sticking them on for a handful of minutes at the end doesn't do them any good, and barely helps the lads running themselves into the ground for nearly 90 minutes.
Ok,the positives...we didn't lose, and another clean sheet,Dan Gore is rapidly becoming our best ever loan signing, Gray is quality, Yearwood and Jules were playing well until their injuries.
That's about it really, we just can't play well for more than 40 minutes in any one game, last Saturday being the exception.
This is obviously why we are in a relegation battle, absolutely no consistency.
406 injured players doesn't help, maybe the ones that's left aren't good enough ,perhaps the rookie manager isn't up to it,probably a combination of both.
Somehow we've got to avoid losing the next 3 games, with at least 1 win chucked in if we've any chance of staying up.
It isn't illegal to "cut inside",not sure why you hate this so much.
Derbs, your post was going oh so well until your last statement. If you can see that far into the future pal, tell me what this Friday's Euromillion numbers are. It's only worth approx 169 Million and if I won it through your help, I may look to buy the club to help out.
Jocks having seen the replay several times, I also now get why it wasn't awarded but, when you're there live in the stadium at the time, as a fan you get to see it once and you always want the penalty.
Shame they didn't show the first penalty shout, that would have been interesting to see again. Anyway, here's the brief highlights from last night and to a neutral it didn't look too bad with either side having their chances to score.
