Morning Omeg - I 100% think the trend will follow into a GE because the majority are totally fed up as the country has well and truly gone to pot. Like many, I felt that it was a mistake to sell Taylor as I always thought that he had potential but he never managed to properly break into the first team and despite signing a further 4 year contract with us in 2024 he was promptly sent out on loan to Wycombe where he did well. I guess, at the time, we had better options as centre backs and we needed the money? Still, I wish Caleb well.

Difficult to tell with some players with potential and sometimes clubs dont have the time or finances to stick with them long enough to see them develop sufficiently. Other times, it may be that the manager or formation doesn't suit. I really liked Asante, for example, but despite a few good performances he ultimately wasn't performing as we had hoped and I can't recall many on here being that disappointed when we sold him on. I wish him all the best at Coventry in the Prem. but it took him some time before he found his feet and became a regular under Lampard too.
