We haven't been that bad for a newly promoted team, apart from the losses to Burnley and Forest they really hurt. We seem to struggle against Alf's mob. Getting thumped by Arsenal in our 2nd game probably put him in defensive mode for a while. DCL was still getting up to speed. Higher than I and many doom gloomers thought we would be at this stage, a tough run for a while, hopefully our home form gets us over the line

Wouldn't that depend on WHERE we finish.

Either.way most know my view. An upgrade.is required if we're to progress as opposed to swilling around in the PL dregs.

depends on what the clubs plan is, if season 1 was survival, season 2 mid table, season 3 conference league, season 4 europa league, season 5 champions league then currently if we do stay up then hes on track

Farke keeps us up then its a far bigger achievement than getting us up in my opinion. We all know we should have gone up in Farke's first season in the Championship given the tools at his disposal but fair play he sorted it 2nd season.

When you look at our squad and what he has done so far , especially when some bell end started a 'Farke out' thread on this very forum and the majority wanting him gone (including me) , to have turned that round especially with that run of games that on paper looked like we would be lucky to get any points , well you have to give the credit.

We have a cracking chance of staying up providing we don't dip in form and avoid any crucial injuries.

If we are all honest we pretty much expected to be well and truly in the mire/bottom 3 and with probably a new manager or two in the process.

Still in the battle with 12 games to go , 10-12 points see's us safe I think.

Looking ahead now regardless of the maths of what Leeds actually require now points wise then personally I'm looking for a 45 points tally, as not so sure a 36 or 40 points is gonna be enough when the nitty-gritty scenario games kick in throwing up all kinda results top & bottom.

So 15 more points from our current tally of 30 from 26 games will do very nicely, imo, to lesson those squeaky ass moments we are accustomed to endure. 🤞

In hindsight it maybe was a blessing we did not go up when we missed out as our learning curve since as a club has produced a significant resilience ethos from boardroom to playing staff to commend, imo, as we now move forward.

    Heres hoping. 🤞

From 11th to 18th it looks pretty tight just need to keep picking up points like we did against Chelsea. Be interesting to see if Spurs and Forest get the new manager bounce effect.
