I've seen Crowley do that a few times, including once to the Kop

I thought we were going to draw that, delighted to be wrong in this case.

Hopefully we can keep the top results coming in before Man U poach SM and crash them

Bromley is in Millwall's catchment area
A lot of their fans have the Millwall outlook on life

We’ve got frightening quality up front and now we appear to have a defence to go with it (other than poor old Cundy). Happy bloody days.
I agree but we are also getting the rub of the green far more often re deflections, scuffed shots, crosses going in etc and of course being awarded the odd penalty always helps.

Bromley don't look a bad side when they try and play and will take points off some decent teams, that is a very, very good result, doubly so given the start.

Do I assume that running toward what I presume were the away fans with a cupped ear, is not punishable, I do hope so?

There's a fair few non-traditional current EFL teams that need adding to that menu of clubs.

The interesting thing about the opening 6 game past season comparison table is the cluster of promotion seasons sitting below the top 20. There might be something to be said for not peaking too early - Wrexham and Stockport's slow start last season would bear that theory out. Being top brings with it a certain kind of pressure that's not easy to manage over 46 games and Maynard has no experience of winning promotion or even challenging for it as the main guy, but you're not going to deliberately drop points in order to fly under the radar.
Next game will be the first one we play against somebody who finished in the top half last season (just, 12th) and the first this season against somebody in a good run of form.

Can't find an attendance for yesterday's game anywhere.

I was talking to a local bloke at the game who said it was a sell out
They have a capacity of around 4000 but there is probably enough room to make it 6000 but they can't get approval because their infrastructure (toilets etc) isn't good enough to cope with the extra numbers

I'm not sure "most" Notts fans wanted the trigger pulled on Maynard?
