Don’t think we robbed a point as bad as we were first half and they were lot better, we were a lot better than them 2nd half.
Don’t mind Crowley dropping back so much when he’s actually playing CM as he was after Hinchy went off.
Thought Tarsoulla was pretty good throughout and playing inverted he drove towards their goal very well and also popped some good crosses in on his right.
Hard to dress it up anymore, but we had a tough game Sat, ravaged by injuries and a massive trip to a team up there competing.

Barrow ran out of steam and sat deep in the second half after pressing high and working very hard for the whole of the first half. We rarely looked dangerous despite our possession stats.

Incredible actually. I don’t think a draw was completely undeserved, Barrow kept dropping deeper inviting the pressure.

    What a fantastic point!

Love watching how hard working the side are and how they never give up.

Full credit to the manager for instilling a spirit which makes us so hard to beat.

Decent result after a torrid first half
A few positives, Brown made a difference and worked hard even getting a challenge in on the edge of our box as the final whistle went. Josh Martin looked better and Nick Tsaroulla quality throughout

Not great but we’ll take that and the unbeaten away record maintained. Definitely could have been out of it at half time but one thing you can say about this team is they know how to drag results out after being behind. I would expect us to beat Harrogate at home - very disappointed if we don’t - so we will be very much in the mix after roughly 1/3 of the season.

It's these sort of games when we steal points like this that wins you promotion.

Despite our frailties conceding early goals and by all accounts we have not played well tonight we have managed to pick up a point on the road against a potential promotion/play-off rival. So have got a point ourselves but also stopped them getting three points and instead they only get a point.

That's what teams who are going to be up there at the end of the season need to be able to do turn possible defeats to draws and possible draws to wins especially against other teams chasing promotion. We would have lost that game last season.

With the injuries ravaging the side as well it makes it a good point gained.

We have to be happy with that.

Not an easy place to go and remember our roll call of players out - Jones, Scott, Edwards, Grant, Austin etc.
Crowley did a lot better in the 2nd half, and I understand it - if those picked in CM can't knit it together, he has to come back to do it. But does our CM always have to fail in its task?

we had zero answer for their intensity first half, but they couldn't sustain it and we came back into it without ever really getting out of second gear. It's a 90 minute game ++ though, and we deserved a draw in the end - astonishingly for how at sea we were first half.

Pluses for me: our never say die ability, Brown and Martin both looked like they may still come good, Tsaroulla gets a great performance under his belt.

Minuses: we simply can't handle a man2man intense press - need answers now. Under the same heading, conceding in the first 10. Sort it out Stu.
