I find it absolutely astonishing we’ve got our best owners since Pavis which must be 30 odd years. The best recruitment in 30 odd years. Probably the best off the field revenue ever and cos we’re 2 or 3 players short and other clubs want our players the worlds ending?

2 or 3 players short is not a promotion winning squad which is what we need to be in order to continue said off field improvements

I would say, given the chasm in difference between football finances at the PL level and ours, this would take years and years to even start to achieve and may not even be achievable through no fault of our own.

Let that mob get on with what they want to do. We should measure ourselves by far more realistic contexts.

Munto? Yes they were giving it a bit and then had the biggest laugh of their lives when they realised it wasn’t real. The amount of times I’ve heard them say, you should like Forest we always get the buckets out at the city ground for you.

I genuinely couldn’t care less what Forest fans make of us and wouldn’t see their opinion of us as any sort of barometer of our success or progress.

So you truly believe we will not get 2/3 in? Ignore that fact it’s not ideal and the same place a lot of clubs are in, even the top clubs on the premiership, but you’re sure the owners will not get 2/3 in?

The money will go back into the playing squad to make it stronger overall and the current squad looks more equipped for promotion push than this time last season. Yes we may lose some individual talent but Crowley and Nemane in particular were part of team that couldn't defend.

... do the chuffnuts who post these rumours get some kick out of creating uncertainty ... just so they can say 'I told youu so' ... All football clubs are in a permanent state of change and it serves no purpose to report something until there is an official statement by the club.
