Mick I think you are missing the point, prior to this move all games were either on standard premium channels, or free to air, so for example if you didn’t have a sky subscription you could if you chose pay £9 via tv now to watch the game. Increasing this to £14 in the middle of a pandemic shows the aloofness and disconnect between the Premier League and the communities its clubs are supposed to represent, and how out of touch they are with the real lives of ordinary working class people. For you Mick it is a matter of choice but for many watching their team is the only bit of escapism they have, hiking the price by 50% come on mate that’s just appalling. I’m no lefty but when things like this happen Capitalist greed has a lot to be ashamed of.

They closed down ours too but the programmer who is quite big reconfigured it with a VPN so it blocks the IP address and shows every match and every film beautifully again!
