If the decision is made why wait until Monday?

Odoffin is Mr Indestructable. It would be sad to see him go, but he may have been promised bigger dollars elsewhere.

Hopefully the stars align and it should be announced.

It might hinge on whether MH can steer the lads to win four games on the bounce. Otherwise the first three wins under his leadership might just be seen as a flash in the pan.
Think we need a convincing win over Stockport to convince TS. Anything less and MH will continue as caretaker manager.
The players also need to step up to the plate big time if it's true that they didn't play for SE. Allegedly.

When will the next time come along when some players decide not to play for the manager?

Clear out required before the start of next season.
There are still one or two flies in the ointment.

Are we good enough to beat Stockport?
Let's just see if we've got some brave players left at the club.
The result at 5.00 pm tomorrow will be very revealing. Oh, and I hope the team prove me wrong and give Stockport a good thrashing!

Doubt it will be Monday MH says there's no for urgency. That could change other factors could speed things along.Tomorrow's game will have no bearing on the decision. Past 3 games will have.

MH has certainly changed whatever was happening in the dressing room to a very positive attitude. He has done it in a very short period of time and has almost saved our place in L 1 which did look very unlikely.

I said in a different post that MH will have knowledge and connections with younger players who could get a place in the RUFC set up if he stays. I hope Tony S. has some deep meaningful discussions about recruiting for next season before offering MH the job.

A mix of mature and younger players maybe what has been missing for some time.

What will happen. Woggy and hamshaw will be signed later this week. He will bring in woody as a coach... Scott will be back in charge of the signings.
We all will be happy clappers again next season
    Sorted
