Jevani Brown that played for Taylor while at Exeter. His court case has finished and he's been fined £5,000 for slapping a woman.

Would we have taken him on with that kind of record? I get the feeling Taylor would have. Not knowing ALL the in and outs of the court case and subsequent assault, the courts found it lenient enough just to fine him.

There is only one reason we are not seeing players coming in and that is that other clubs are offering better wages.We have more than ten million with the TV deal and record season ticket sales,plus another 500k for the Yates sell on.Nobody is saying spend massive signing on fees but we have to be backing MT much better so that he can bring in his targeted players.Come on Tony,you've said he's the best manager we've had ,well back him then.

I would be happy if Sharpe signed, but he wouldn't be our saviour on his own,we still need another 2 or 3 attack minded players as well.
The window is open until the end of August, but we really need most of our signings to be done before the first game, it's crucial we have a decent start, as once we are in the bottom 3,it will be hard to get out.

Another thing different this year is all ITK”s and the Bertie smalls are not pumping the names of targets around so when we don’t get them ,which I suspect will happen or have happened we won’t be as disappointed and use it to beat the club with a stick with…MT is doing things very differently if he names a target ie billy sharp then then that’s up to him..

I've just checked this myself, Hugill averaged a goal every 3.6 games last season so just pips him.
