I do ahve some sympathy for Warne, as he works to get Derby fit and firing, he loses 3 players 2 of the key players for between 6-8 weeks and loses all cover at RB!
One silver lining is that is most likely keeps Bird at the club for a season but I do feel for the guy as he tries to turn things around.
