    Ronnie O'Sullivan says he's just got an air fryer if that makes any difference. Got to be better than slow cookers I've only just had my Xmas dinner! 🤣🤩

    Agreed - There isn't a good book.

    There are some good recipes on Facebook groups and Twitter.



    Not Ninja related but I did a lovely Lamb Bolognaise on Saturday

    Browned some onions with bay and rosemary sprigs
    Seared half a leg of lamb in the same pan
    added Leek, Raw baby Carrots, Celery - Whole head of garlic
    Then a bottle of ale and dried porcini mushrooms, 2 tins of tomatoes and cover with water
    add salt, pepper and nutmeg
    Bring to the boil
    Lid on and in the oven on 150 for 6 hours
    Pull all the lamb apart and take out the bone
    Sprinkle some fresh thyme and add lemon zest

    Serve with pasta, garlic bread and grated hard Italian cheese

    I’ve had a slow cooker for 40 yrs ! and it doesn’t matter what I say to her, I can’t speed her up !

    What do you call an air fryer that can't fry? An air-liar! If you can't survive without your air fryer it's air-replaceable! They don't get no better! 😁😂
