Not saying it is a conspiracy CAM just highlighting the fact that happened at such an interesting time. Having worked in the gambling industry I am aware that they do get access to information that the man on the street doesn't usually know, I am just curious what it was that triggered that change.

It wasn't aimed at you specifically DM but just a supporting observation that it seemed coincidental that our odds plummeted so dramatically so quickly after just a couple of defeats on the back of a decent run. Almost as if some might have downed tools, led a revolt and tipped off mates to have a flutter. The question is, who is stood on the grassy knoll?

I'm a gambling man Hamshaw should have been gone after Tuesday. Whatever happens against Doncaster odds on he hasn't got it to keep us up. Surely chairman wants to give us the best chance of league 1 football next season so act now!

I can remember saying at the time, pretty much every single statistic had us in the bottom 2 or 3, things like, possession, xG and accurate passes for instance. So you could argue that we were in a false position. Add to the mix that we have an inexperienced manager and you can see why the bookies had us down early as relegation fodder.

The great MH lie is in operation.
Journalists supporters on here and social media are happy to keep backing a man who shouldn’t be anywhere near the club.
Will spend my Saturday with the grandchildren.
The ones who have continually told us were wrong about MH are strangely quiet.
Shame you aren't going Saturday Yak, Pocket and BOTN will be calling you a plastic

Not so sure about your last point, many (not all of course) of the fans who were willing to give MH time and the benefit of the doubt seem to have to have changed their opinion after Tuesday night. Strangely, one of MH's staunchest critics, NWC, has been absent since the Cardiff defeat.

Given our latest injury 'crisis', if MH is indeed in the dugout Saturday I'd like to see him start with all 4 who were brought in in January. and give them 45/60 minutes. To mix sporting cliches, when you're drinking in the last chance saloon, why not throw a Hail Mary?

I agree CAM he keeps saying we won't take risks with players, yet he threw Douglas into the team when he did not need to, he contradicts himself to suit his own ideas. We should have been playing a 4 at the back with players in their preferred position since November if not before, he has the players that are fit to do that, he bought two high profile CBs for gods sake.
We should play a defensive midfielder in from of the four to make us harder to play through. The long kicks from dawson should never go down the middle they should be landing in the outer thirds of the opposition half away from their CBs who hard can that be for a keeper?
The only arguments i can see for him still being in charge at this stage is financial or a decision to put stability over outcome. However I do agree that just changing the manager won't fix the issues at the club, I am hoping that Smith will help with some of the wider perceived problems.

The problem is the board, our owner. They do not understand when the football side is right or wrong, or what causes either pola opposite effect.
when it is wrong there is little chance they will lead in the right direction. When it is right (warne or warnock) they still have no idea why.

Does not excuse any coaching or on field. But the board has presided since 2012 here, nothing has been learned, a child at that age of 12, growing up watching football will know much more about the game now, and I will wager, most fans around the age of 26 will see what is wrong with the football side, very easily.
Whether that be over the hill previously good players who cannot stay fit or run anymore, or young bodies that are not ready physically and break down by being asked to work harder covering older defenders who could not give a stuff. You know who that is.

Is 3 at the back the oft named top problem? Would that cure all? No. But having 4 would take the strain off and we would stop leaking goals.
We still would not be guaranteed to score more, but it would be a start.

There are 10 reasons why we are where we are. Fixing one will not cover it, which includes a manager change unless it was uncle Neil.
But this board, and the new member seems more concerned with saving money after bad and not caring what division we are in next, because what has happened has happened and they take NO responsibility for it.

Recruitment last summer could have had some extra money given to it, the board having made horrendous money gaffs over Talyor and Evans, should have redressed the errors from their own pocket, they can afford it. Do the crime, do the time.
    But, no, no responsibilty.
So they preside over by increasing the ticket prices, centenary merchandise sales, hype, anything to recoup a bit of money.
And let a rookie manger have little support that he has to go bargain basement.
Ok, so they picked up some duff ones, but money was the main reason for that.

Hamstring by wages to (we are led to believe) hugill, dawson (the worst keeper I have ever seen in a millers shirt) etc?..rafferty, etc.
They should have paid them off. Bite the bitter money pill and reset the playing side and manager if you will, all then.

Now is too late…..to the point some players do not look bothered. Yet, despite all of the above, the manager gets the abuse. Shame in you.
And shame on this board. They may read this and wonder why the critics. Because I really do believe they now do not have a clue.

What a load of rubbish over this betting stuff. I'm quite looking forward to the 2-2 draw on Saturday.

We'll only get 2 if they are own goals!
