Got enough who aren't up for it without him!

Regarding the club, what can I say that hasn't been repeated, ad nauseam, previously? It is what it is. It's run as a business, and not as an emotional plaything for supporters. If you can't connect with that concept then we are looking at the finances from different viewpoints.

Are we looking like a team going down? You evidently think so, otherwise you wouldn''t ask the question. Do I think so? Given that are only about a quarter of the way into the season, with another transfer window to come, I think it is too early to call. The situation is clearly a concern, but with better players to return I remain optimistic that better things are to come. A couple of weeks ago Donny were being hailed as the next Man City (slight exaggeration), but since they lost three in succession they have become merely mortal like the rest (Stevenage excepted, who are, apparently managed by a demi-god).

Poor leadership at all levels? You clearly know more than I do.
I will answer your question i am not irate, i am frustrated and annoyed, mainly because I believe that MH is stubborn and thinks his way is best, yet we lose a lot. His latest interview sums it up, with comments about: poor second half, same as all season, we are doing the best we can in difficult situations, injuries etc.

He has already stated that the injury situation is down to bad luck (the fairies did it argument) which means he doesn't believe that there is any reason outside of the supernatural that has caused this, yet we have three players that have incurred recurring injuries because he has rushed them back into the starting line up!! Arsenal are having a bad time with injuries yet Arteta stated that they are going to fully investigate all areas to identify the cause. There are many consulting specialists that assist sporting organisations in this area, but that isn't being considered by our club, we know why money!!
My comment on leadership is an opinion based on observations over a number of seasons, I have no contacts in the club and openly admit it is speculation and opinion. The club has few assets, teh playing staff are it's main one, yet we appear relucant to invest in specialists to help find why those assets cannot operate at a level the club needs and the ones we have that have a resale value we fail to manage their contracts, even after we have admitted that has been a problem in the past. So in my opinion that is an example of poor leadership.
MH says "It just wasn’t good enough and I take full responsibility.” which i admire that he puts himself up as the man responsible, and for me his refusal to change his approach and keep pushing 3 CBs is not working and he needs to change it or it will result in more pressure with more defeats than necessary.

    In a nutshell!

Warnock rushed players back and he was considered a hero for doing it. MH does same and he?s criticised because they get injured again. If we don?t have bad luck we wouldn?t have any luck!

Fine line between success and failure. Perhaps we need to get someone in to lift this curse we seem to have (last comment is a joke before anyone gets their knickers in a twist)

Won't bother asking for an explanation.

Instead of a new manager why not bring in new innovations? Like using AI for example.

"AI significantly helps football by improving player and team performance through advanced data analysis for strategy and tactics, optimizing player development, and streamlining scouting and recruitment processes. It also contributes to injury prevention by monitoring player workloads and detecting risk factors".
