Was told last night that Johnson works from home somewhere on the south coast. Is that correct ? Also what's the career history of chief scout Tom Randle ?

Rotherham United have paid £60k for the computer programme. It was mentioned that a guy from Brighton was head hunted by the club to work as head of recruitment.

But have we seen them play. Looking at players we've got, Taylor when he came said he was 5ft 8, nearer 5ft 2. Blackstock been injured for 2 previous seasons but we still sign them. It goes on, need a manager to say no he's not right for us. Manager has got to have the final say.

There used to be a Chief Scout at Crystal Palace by the name of Tom Randle, more than likely be the same one.
He was at Palace for around three & a half years.
Probably knows Jamie Johnson, after all Head of Recruitment`s, Chief Scouts usually meet when they`re watching games & assessing players.
Jamie Johnson is the son of former Liverpool. QPR, Newcastle & Spurs scout Mel Johnson. ( ex-player )
Don`t expect JJ to be here too long, they usually move on after a couple of years anyway. He was recommended by KJ before he left.
