Yup spot on fella Wed night game 3-2 defeat he got knocked out when scoring or maybe setting a goal up, cant remember exactly.

Shades remains my favourite ever Dee, gave his all for the club and also his beloved Hibernian, a total professional and one of the fittest players in Scottish football at the time.

Think that made it 3-2 but we could not get the equalizer , covered enclosure was a battle gound that eve with the Derry clearing the Perth Pack out time and time again.

Dicksons of Perth garage windows panned in on the walk back to the station and the Football Special wrecked as well.

Yes that was the usual trick on the Specials, withoot checking i am sure we did not get up that year, that defeat and anothe rone late in the season away to Dumbarton ,on a Wed night as well left us playing catch up to Hearts and Morton, could well be wrang though.

St Johnstone and Dumbarton away were at the tail end of the season if i recall.
