I was thinking part way through that game last night, he's not actually had many saves to make so far this season, the goals he has conceded have all been pretty much close in shots where he's had no chance. He then brought off a very good save from a corner, and I thought he did well putting their striker off when through on goal, without committing a daft red card foul. His command of box looked better yesterday, maybe an element of getting used to the defence, but thought he should have been saving that disallowed goal. I've still not seen enough of him to judge what he is like as a shot saver.

Yeah, it's hard to decide on him tbh. A few decent saves and good distribution but that was a weak effort for the disallowed goal. He also was very close to bringing the guy down in the one on one. A bit erratic I'd say,but then some of our best keepers have been a bit Madcap down the years.
