Hopefully true, means we are addressing the obvious key issue if the season so far, sure I also read something about Kuch is going to a Cypriot club

This is why we are bottom 5 and is shocking considering for majority of the 90+ mins Jim sets us up to defend.

When he does decide to take the shackles off we look like a top 6 side evidenced by the fact only 4 above us have scored more.

Window priorities by end of Jan may be obvious but what is obvious to me is Jim is short changing us by not playing to our strengths and is in fact playing 90% of matches doing the exact opposite.
Jim has in the main only picked up points when he's been forced to change.
He should not be in charge for the reasons above.
The Aberdeen result on last day of season bought him credits but Jim's overall post split record gives me the fear.
Ogren is another who is reactive when forced, he is not ruthless.
Now if Jim changes his approach and gets lucky in the window, it could be a sliding doors.
In my opinion if Ogren has any ambition to make this club successful, he needs to be proactive and recognise Jim has reached his level and get someone better.
Easier said than done? Yes, but my fear is this transfer window may cement us being in bottom 6 this season.

I just hope that in the next window he doesnt find a real licker to top up the keeper department. His Keeper choices have been terrible.

But in general there is something wrong with the medical and training regime. too many players injured with muscle and ligament problems it point to warm up, prep etc.

Need a creative midfielder
Need a left back to push/cover Ferry

We have no loan signing spaces as we've used them all up so id punt Kucherenko,Eskisen,Dolcek and hand back Pappoe. Need to be ruthless here if we have any ambitions of top 6 and a good Scottish Cup run.

It's not so easy to just punt players who are on a contract though

Walton is now history and we have what we have, these are JG choices. The keeper is currently completed for by 3 mediocre goalies and we need ambition and a top keeper.
