    We had the hardest draw

All the premier league teams getting their back slapped because they all got through except us, We definitely had the hardest draw of the lot and we give a good account of ourselves.

We did. If you'd offered me, before the league phase started, a 2 -legged game to get through to the knockout stages and 12th place overall, I'd have happily taken it.

From the tactics, team selection, subs it was Howe went toe to toe with the much heralded Enrique and was unlucky to not take the win away from home. Had that been at SJP. The toon army behind the team that would have been 3 points.

The first 10-15 mins were a bit loose and sketchy. However, the team, to a man adjusted to the change of formation and grew into the game. The 2nd half was total control. Everything PSG did was in front of the back 3. The team looking most likely to win was NUFC.

The Marquinos handball when challenging Woltemade brushed away despite being just as valid as the nonsense given against Miley.

In the replay when Gordon went through it was clearly a foul as the defender didn't touch the ball. No Pen given. Again corruption!

Minutes later Gordon to Barnes who was just off balance and sliced just wide.

Proud of the lads and really pleased for Eddie Howe. No doubt the bedwetters will still find fault for the draw but tactics, changing the Formation was brave and it worked.

To be fair to the media, whilst there is a lot of back-slapping. There has also been a lot of compliementary sounds about our draw at PSG.

Considering we were playing PSG and the officials, we did bloody well.

I'm confident that had we scored a winner - it would have either been ruled out by whatever means necessary or they would have been given a pen the moment they were in our box.

There would have been a great deal of attention paid to the VAR should Barnes have managed to get his foot around the ball better and slotted that late chance in at the back stick.

THey'd probably have gone back 5 mins looking for any excuse.

    NUFC v PSG. Played 3, Won 1, Drawn 2, Lost 0
