    With abbreviated accounts

Can we say with any certainty DFC aren't paying some of these stadium costs?

It will be the same as last year’s accounts.
Dundee Football Club still have their lease with Sandeman Properties Limited on the same terms and conditions.
The only difference is that John Bennet is no longer a director of Sandeman Properties Limited having been replaced as a director by Timothy Keyes and John Nelms.
The other difference with Sandeman Properties Limited is that John Bennet used his own money to purchase the title deeds of the Dens Park Stadium while Timothy Keyes and John Nelms borrowed the funds from Soho Green to purchase the title deeds of Dens Park from John Bennet with the Dens Park Stadium put up as security for their loan.
The vast majority of Dundee FC supporters seem oblivious to this borrowing of funds from Soho Green but if the loan is not repaid on time and in full Soho Green will own the Dens Park Stadium.

I think Keyes and Nelms are more financially astute than you?ll ever be.

I?d trust them over you any day.

Do we have reasons to doubt them repaying any loan connected to dens though? They have covered most if not all costs the club incur during their tenure.

They have not repaid their loan secured over the site of the new stadium development in the former NCR Camperdown playing fields so I have no faith that they will repay the loan with the Dens Park Stadium put up as security for their loan. https://find-and-update.company-info...507045/charges

You should cast your mind back to the second half of August 2013 when it was stated by Tim Keyes that John Nelms was being sent to Dundee Football Club to look after Tim Keyes investment in Dundee Football Club Limited at the time which was reckoned to be ?400,000. Nelms has made a poor job of looking after Tim Keyes’s investment in Dundee Football Club Limited as it has cost Tim Keyes millions of pounds with little to show for his huge financial outlay.
