    Mozza - Managerial Credentials

He has undoubtedly proved himself capable of bringing the best out of our squad and clearly engendered the spirit and commitment we wish to see. Last night it was evident that everyone gave 100% with a tremendous team spirit and rapport with the crowd.

In my opinion, if Mozza wants the Head Coach role, he should, at the least, be told that he will be invited to throw his hat in the ring.

Substitutions - lack of - are an issue for me, but I understand some reluctance given the bench options. Sule pleasantly surprised me ! Mozza needs some support in his substitution thinking.

Bostock for Price may have been an option, but to be fair Price r an himself into the ground (as they all did)

    Nice on Mozza.

We have been superb since he took over. I cant see how another manager can take over a side someone else has galvanised and make that work.

In terms of the subs, we actually grew in the game without making subs. We also seem to be cutting out the mistakes at the end of games since he has been making less subs. This i think speaks to the lack of quality on the bench.

I think he has been quite wise not bringing on kids at the minute.

Even though he?s done a great job with a bunch of seriel no hopers, I feel a total clear out is needed, players and coaching staff, a total reset, goodbye to the likes of Wildsmith, Gilchrist, Mepham, Dike, Maja, Heggebo, Mowatt, Taylor, Price, Griffiths and Wallace, plus the coaching staff that have been there too long, next season is the ideal opportunity for a total reset

Who from the coaching staff would you get rid of and what have they done individually for you to suggest they should be chopped?
