Very well deserved award from what I've read about young Alfie. Here's hoping for further progression from him and others.

An acquaintance of mine used to be involved in the youth team and give me intel on who was good. He isnt there anymore but knows some people who are.

He told me a few weeks back that this kid was meant to be good and coaches raved about him.

Let?s hope other clubs don?t tempt Alfie with minutes as our record in blooding youngsters in the first team is shockingly poor!

Who have we got rid of when they are ready for first team in recent years? I can only think of Taylor but pretty sure the club didnt want to sell and wouldnt in normal circumstances.

Think we have seen the last of villa taking our top youngsters .
The ex Albion youth manager who went to the villa , wouldn't know our new crop of players like he did with the players who left .
Got to be carefull of what to say , but you can guess of what might have happend .
