OT - Has anyone seen Nigel?

    Has anyone seen Nigel?

Seems strange that a man that courts publicity everyday from anyone that will stick a camera in his face his recent absence is telling!

Too many stories about the ?5 million ?gift? from an overseas crypto billionaire maybe?

It was for his security then it wasn?t.

It was for his many years campaigning for Brexit then it wasn?t.

Then saying he bought a ?1.4 million pound house from his fees on I?m A Celebrity only his very own accounts show that?s a lie as the timeline doesn?t add up.

The ?1.4 million house and the ?900,000 house both bought with CASH seem to tie up with this nice little ?gift? he got. He?s never explained as to where the money for the Clacton house came from apart from being caught out in yet another lie stating it was his girlfriend who bought it. It?s been proven she never had the financial resources to buy the house with cash in the first place.

So that?s ?2.3 million in property that it seems Harborne has given him with another ?2.7 million spare.

And where is Farage since this has come out? No PMQ?s, no press briefings, no TV appearances, nothing, he?s gone into hiding because he?s hiding something, that and the fact he tried to keep the ?gift? quiet is so very telling.

Explain me that he?s not corrupt to the core? I?ll wait.

Much to the dismay of the locals who believe, for some strange reason, that they live, and have always lived, in Ashton-in-Makerfield. They really are unhappy at the mistake in the name.

Makerfield is the constituency, MA and Ashton in Makerfield just one of the towns in that constituency. I only know because I used to play rugby for Ashton under Lyne and one of the sides we played against was Ashton in Makerfield which could be confusing when spectators were all shouting ‘c’mon Ashton’.

There are a few Ashtons in that area of south Lancashire and Makerfield just means a wall or a ruin, usually I think on open land. Hopefully those locals you refer to will build a wall around Farage and ruin him.

So, he paid over a million for his house from his "get me out of here" pay that was paid into his company, yet that money is still there, it seems. The plot thickens, or does it. There's so much shade around it all you need a forensic accountant to sort it out and sorted out it should be. Be you a politician or a private person, it should be sorted out. If it's all toally above board and has any and all due taxes paid then it's move along, nothing to see here. As it is, it's a gift then it's security then reward for Brexit campaigning. Is it too much to ask for, an investigation into the money sources and if taxes have been fully paid? The man wants to be PM, a position where only people you feel you can trust should be. Right now, I'd doubt his trustworthiness. It needs cementing in concrete or being blown out of the water. IMO.

In my lifetime I can think of few politicians, let alone PM's that I could trust - perhaps Gordon Brown, although he ****ed the economy as PM despite managing it quite well as CoE. So Farage would fit in quite well with the Johnsons, Blairs etc.

As regards the "gift", if indeed it was one, then there wouldnt be a question of tax paid by the person who received it (NB not company) in the hands of the recipient as the IHT/gift tax regime falls on the donor unless the donor pegs out within 7 years when some may be payable. If the donation came from abroad things get more complex as the country it came from may have its own rules impacting the gift and ther maybe double tax treaties in place.

If the money was received into a company then its likely going to form part of trading income of the company and would attract corporation tax (most likely at 25%). There is an "out" if you can show it was a pure windfall and not related to business but I dont think that is easy to prove to HMRC satisfaction.

but generally agree, it should be a simple enough exercise to determine if tax is due or not and if it has been accounted for/paid or not. No different from the ginger minger's SDLT it should be subject to a degree of public scrutiny.

Must be in hiding over the 10k CCJ outstanding against him.

Apparently he claims he knew nothing about it. Lying really comes so easy to him.

No wonder hes hiding from the media right now.
