As you well know, Milne is not sacking McInness anywhere remotely in the near future.

Having said that, if this had been a "normal" situation then I think the late equalizer saves the managers job anyway. Defeats to Motherwell and Celtic though especially if the Celtic one is a doing, which I suspect it may be, should be enough to see him removed but as I say the relationship between Milne and McInnes is not what I would describe as "normal"
