Bro I'm seeing dozens of folk on ****ter mentioning they have anger issues also and it being exacerbated by the lockdowns etc.

I also think it's hard to not get angry in todays world and all the unjust **** going on. I'm trying to learn to curb my anger but its nae easy. Part of it is anxiety as I've been told anxiety & anger are related.
